Server Rules

RDM is the deliberate killing/injuring of another player without a legitimate roleplay reason to do so. Someone calling you names is not a reason to down a player unless there is legitimate story behind it.

VDM is the act of using a vehicle as a weapon to intentionally inflict damage or down another player without a legitimate roleplay reason to do so. There is no real situation where you should be using a vehicle as a legitimate weapon.

Metagaming is the act of gaining knowledge your character wouldn't have possible ways of knowing in-character. This information can be gained but not limited to - Steams, Discord calls. This also counts as metagaming if you magically know a person’s identity or location that you have previously never met. AT NO POINT SHOULD YOU BE IN THE SERVER AND IN ANOTHER PERSON'S STREAM. Being inside of someone's twitch/stream chat while on the server is also prohibited.

Power Gaming is the act of putting another player into a circumstance or roleplay scenario where they have little to no option of being able to roleplay their way out of a situation. This also involves roleplaying with rules or abilities that are not present in the game. Abusing emotes or emote canceling would also fall under powergaming. Ocean Dumping or trying to force someone to lose their “memories” can also fall into this without appropriate storytelling.

The New Life Rule states that if your character becomes dead/incapacitated and you respawn at the hospital, you should forget the reasoning why you woke up there. You should not return to the area for 30 minutes without good reasoning, and you cannot attack the person/gang who caused it for 60 minutes.

If you have been shot down/incapacitated in a scene that involves violence and or gang wars/interactions with the police, you are out of that scene. You cannot get medical help or respawn and return to the scene.

If you are threatened to be harmed or killed by someone, you must value your life and safety at all times until that threat has completely gone. Valuing your life also applies to taking huge unrealistic jumps in your vehicle where the outcome would be your vehicle being destroyed with you in it.

Going out of character is entirely forbidden. Using words that can cause immersion to be broken (keyboard/mic/server) can lead to an instant removal from the server. We strive to have a high standard of roleplay.

The Apartments and the Hohspital, are both green zones. Players must not enter a green zone while in an active scene to prevent themselves from being hurt and expect themselves to be safe. Also using sentences like “Leave Green Grass and say that/fight me” are prohibited. Don’t initiate an aggressive scene in Green zones and no illegal meetings can be carried out in a quiet corner of these. Go find a quiet corner of the map. Robbing and attacking players in these will result in a ban. You should not be initiating criminal activities in a green zone.

Los Santos Customs and UpnAtom are not greenzones, however, you cannot kidnap the workers in their uniform. They are nessesary server mechanics. However, this is not to say if you have a valid RP reasoning they cannot be attacked or robbed.

Riot RP is forbidden. Any form of Riot/Protest roleplay must be given staff approval via ticket.

• The Sewers are not a ‘free for all’ just because you’re underground. All server rules should be followed while in them.

• Robbing players at legal job spots is strictly not allowed. You may rob players at ILLEGAL job spots.

• Snitching new mechanics/jobs to the cops is low quality. You should only hint at something. Cops want to find out things through their own rp.

• Transferring money between characters you play will result in an immediate permaban (this includes characters you perma to other players).

Fail RP refers to actions that are inaccurate or destructive to others' roleplay experience. It is vital to remember that roleplaying encourages some degree of creative freedom; however, actions that impact the immersion or enjoyment of the server may be actionable by staff.

Some examples include:

• Canceling emotes to keep moving or prevent being locked in place.

• Spamming shovels when grave robbing.

• Robbing someone without reason or sufficient RP (including cops).

• Using the same shootout location in a short amount of time.

• Pulling a car out of a garage/impound mid chase.

• Trying to find out the quickest way to make money rather than roleplaying around the mechanic.

• Pocket wiping someone (e.g., stealing their phone or sim card) without valid roleplay reason.

• Antagonizing gangs/PD with no actual reasoning.

• Tweeting or Advertising the selling of a spot or location.

• Crying and ignoring an officer while being arrested.

• No Supernatural Characters or make-believe characters. Your mask is not your face.

• If you perma-death a character, it is dead forever. Doctors or witchcraft cannot bring them back to life (this includes making a new character with the same name).

• You cannot initiate a fight with a gang you just fought within 60 minutes of your previous fight.

This refers to little to no attempt made to interact with another player (including during crimes with cops), immediately running past them, and fleeing on a vehicle or bringing 3 vehicles to an ATM robbery just to get the loot/money.

• You cannot drop colours/gang flags to fight for another gang.

• Gang fights are limited to 3 vehicles per scenario.

• You must always initiate a fight verbally with more than a sentence or two.

• 6-man rule maximum per scenario for civ/gangs per scene unless you're at your gang block.

• You cannot hold someone up at a bank/ATM and force them to withdraw their money.

• Chain Robbing is strictly forbidden.

• Gunplay over Roleplay. This is a Roleplay server. All of your actions should push a story you're trying to tell.

• Third Partying a heist/breaching someone else's heist is forbidden. If someone has started a scene and/or has a hostage, you must leave.

• PD should not be shot at traffic stops, store/ATM robberies. Shooting PD is a very big deal and should be treated as so.

• Tackling someone and shooting them while down is classed as power-gaming. Don’t warlord them.

• Scamming players in-game is allowed. However, scamming with the sale of a vehicle or property is completely forbidden.

• If another player is damaging you or your property, you are entitled to defend it/yourself, but you must still vocalize the initiation.

Any form of giving yourself an unfair advantage will result in an immediate ban. Hacking/Cheating/Exploiting will result in a possible instant permaban.

Try to record your game at all times as you may be requested by staff when they are investigating tickets.

Staff can request your POV of a kill at any time, so all kills should be clipped.

You may get a request for a PC check. Refusal will result in an instant permaban.

If you want to move the location of your gang block there is only two acceptable ways:

• Another gang wipes all your sprays out in an actual war with good rp reasoning

• You disband your gang on the gang laptop which loses all rep/garages/benches associated with this laptop.

You cannot add people into the laptop and "sell them the gang/turf/labtop". If this is done both sides my possibly recieve a ban.
